With Luiz's project; Gender Discrimination Zero Day, he would like to promote the idea that gender does not define a profession. With this day he wants to promote open career and life planning for school children, regardless of gender. Hundreds of business, organisations, professional and academic schools across Brazil will open their doors. Girls and boys are invited to accomany a relative to work or to take part in an exciting special project. In accordance with the motto 'changing sides' they will experience non-traditional professions, workplaces and career paths and experience the numerous possibilities available to them.
